Please note that the main conference venue is Churchill College (blue tag in the map below), but some events will take place at NIAB Innovation Farm (green tag). Getting to Cambridge

By air

Stansted Airport is the nearest international airport to Cambridge, being approximately 30 miles to the south. Luton Airport is fairly close, and London Heathrow approximately 1 hr 30 minutes. Express train services from Stansted Airport to Cambridge take 45 minutes and information can be found by following the 'To and from our Airport' link on the Stansted Airport home page. Book with National Express Coaches online after checking their regular services from Stansted, Luton, Heathrow and Gatwick airports. Alternatively, tickets can be purchased on board the coach. National Express coaches run daily services from Cambridge to most airports in the UK.

By train

There are frequent trains to Cambridge from London (King's Cross and Liverpool Street stations). Direct express trains run from London Kings Cross every 30 minutes and take 48 minutes. From the north, connections are usually made via Peterborough or Ely. By coach

National Express run regular services nationwide to and from Cambridge, Drummer Street/Parkside, which are in the City Centre.

By car

From the south & from London, Cambridge is a short trip up the M11 motorway. From the north, the A1 and M1 link to the A14 dual carriageway straight to the city, and from the east and west, the A14 again takes you to Cambridge.

Delegates are expected to make their own way to NIAB Innovation Farm for the opening session on Monday 16th June. Return transport to the main hotels and Cambridge will be provided after the reception, and between venues Tuesday – Friday.

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they secure the appropriate visa.

* Delegates must make their own way to NIAB Innovation Farm for registration and the opening session on Monday 16th June and transport will not be provided at the end of the conference on Friday 20th June for those leaving at lunchtime.
